TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Group Rates are per person per night, in All-Inclusive program (The Gifting Lifestyle) and in US Dollars.

• Room rates includes all taxes. Rates will be increased accordingly to any tax increase or new tax approved by local authorities.

• Group rates & concessions apply for a minimum of 10 rooms with a minimum length of stay of 3 nights

• Group rates are 10% commissionable.

GROUP CONCESSIONS (granted for a minimum of 10 rooms or 12 people)

• Complimentary Rooms: One (1) complimentary room, in single OR double occupancy per every ten (10) rooms booked and paid per night during the peak nights. Non-cumulative. Maximum of 2 complimentary rooms is allowed per group.

• Exposure on Palmaïa’s website: Complimentary online exposure in “Retreats” segment of Palmaïa’s website.

• Upgrades: One (1) complimentary upgrade per every ten (10 ) rooms paid per night. Maximum of 2 complimentary upgrades is allowed per group.

• Use of Locations: One use of a single venue per day of up to two hours duration. Sessions can be held between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM during the official event dates; additional charges for setup will apply outside these hours. If an additional location is required, the cost will be $200 USD per day for two hours.

• Access to all activities (suitable for groups) included in our AOL program.

• Spa Discounts: 10% discount on spa treatments booked directly at Atlantis Spa in the jungle. and 20% in pre-booked services up to 24 hours before arrival. Temazcal doesn’t apply

• Pre and post Extensions: Group Rates apply to 3 pre and post nights

• Customized service by the onsite retreat expert coordinator.

• Welcome drink upon arrival.

• Welcome sign at check in.
