THE Retreat in Crete is a 5-day immersive Pilates and wellbeing experience set in the historic Old Town of Chania. Designed to restore balance, vitality, and clarity, this intimate retreat blends daily Pilates, functional strength training, Mediterranean-inspired nutrition, and meaningful cultural experiences.
Each day offers space to reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, nourishing food, outdoor activities, traditional Cretan dances, and moments of deep rest. Guided by an expert team, guests are introduced to the principles of Intermittent Mediterranean Fasting (optional), gaining practical tools and personalised insights to support long-term wellbeing beyond the retreat.
With warm spring temperatures, authentic local culture, and a slow, soulful pace, this retreat is a complete journey for body and mind — leaving you energised, inspired, and deeply nourished.
