Retreatscapes – Terms & Conditions for Retreat Listings

By submitting your retreat to Retreatscapes, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Only retreat organizers who are legally able to offer wellness retreats may submit listings.
Retreatscapes reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason, including inappropriate content or unsafe activities.
2. Listing Information
All information provided must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
Retreatscapes is not responsible for verifying prices, availability, or descriptions; organizers are solely responsible for the content of their listing.
3. Fees & Payment
Introductory Listing Fee: USD $100 (if applicable).
Full Membership Fee: USD $350/year (after introductory period).
All fees are non-refundable, including introductory fees and annual membership.
Retreatscapes does not charge commissions on bookings.
Payment for listing fees must be completed before the retreat is published.
4. Booking & Participant Liability
Retreatscapes is a listing and promotional platform only.
All bookings, payments, and agreements are between the participant and the retreat organizer.
Retreatscapes makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any retreat.
Participants acknowledge they attend retreats at their own risk. Retreatscapes is not liable for any injuries, losses, or disputes arising from participation.
5. Organizer Responsibility & Indemnity
Organizers are solely responsible for:
Retreat operations, accommodations, safety, and compliance with local laws.
Payment processing, cancellations, and refunds.
Organizers agree to indemnify and hold Retreatscapes harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participants’ attendance at their retreat, including personal injury, property damage, or dissatisfaction.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit (photos, text, logos).
By submitting, you grant Retreatscapes a non-exclusive license to display your listing on the platform and in promotional materials.
Retreatscapes reserves the right to remove content that violates laws or platform guidelines.
7. Changes to Terms
Retreatscapes may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
