Born and raised in Southern California, my life changed in 2011 when I was injured while working as an ocean lifeguard. The experience was physically and emotionally challenging, yet it sparked a profound transformation. I became interested in holistic health through my own healing journey. Now living and practicing in Nayarit, Mexico, I am dedicated to serving others with love and authenticity, supporting their health, well-being, and personal growth.
