The schedule below is a sample outline. All activities are optional and may change. Each morning, as we welcome the wondrous surprises of the dawn, we co-create the day’s rhythm—always allowing space for rest, spontaneity, and new ideas to emerge.

Day One — Arrival

Answering the Call of the Ocean

  • Getting WelcomedE Komo Mai. Arrival at the accommodation (approximately a 60-minute scenic drive from Kona Airport)

A visit to a pristine white-sand beach with crystal-clear waters for full sensory immersion

  • Getting Grounded — Sand ritual: releasing the old self and being gently covered by the earth—nature’s most elemental body wrap and exfoliation

  • Getting Buoyant — Swim and snorkel (for confident swimmers), or float and relax in the shallow, calm waters

Afternoon

Grounding, forest bathing, and open-air movement along the ocean bluffs, breathing the concentrated negative ions created by crashing waves

Meals

The main focus of the meal selection for this immersion is to support the detoxing and cleansing of the body that the ocean is providing with the food we will be giving to our body. Emphasizing gut regeneration We will enjoy fully nutritious plant-based meals with the delight of organic fresh fruit from local farms, nourishing earth and sea veggies, cleansing juices, and tonics We will partake in intermittent fasting to allow our digestive system to take a break, rest, and cleanse. Which means that we will eat our food between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. With a monotrophic menu to ease digestion and restore the balance of the body's filtering systems.
